Getting to know Google Ads
Getting to know Google Ads
If you run a business, whatever it may be, you want the same thing your competitors want: more exposure and a steadier flow of customers. With the move to the digital world, though, the techniques we all know and have always used no longer work the same way. If you ran a cheese shop, setting up a small tasting outside the door would be a good idea, right? But what if your business were entirely digital? How would you draw people in? Google Ads is a key tool for digital marketing and it is built to meet exactly that need: bringing more people to your company. For that, they need to know where you are and what you are good at. Here is what Google Ads does.
What is Google Ads?
The Google Ads is more than important — it is a genuinely clever tool. With it you can estimate how many clicks your ads will get, and from there work out how many of those people are likely to become customers, based on what they actually searched for. That makes attracting people to your business far easier, because you know which search results you appear in. Advertising a product or service once meant paying to print flyers. Today, with Google Ads, you can target your ads and hand out those "flyers" precisely: you set the starting budget and decide where they are distributed, all with messages written for the audience you want to reach.
Can I start with a small budget?
No need to dance around it: YES, you can start small. Opening an account is free to begin with, and it comes with reporting and insights that help you improve how the ads perform. Inside Google Ads you set the advertising budget yourself, so you never spend more than you planned and never go past the monthly cap you set. You can also pause the ads whenever you need to — stopping them is entirely in your hands.
Another benefit: the campaign budget is only drawn on when a customer, or a future one, actually acts on the ad. You pay for results. You can also set the spend per campaign or per period of time, with results estimated from the budget you choose.
What Manáry brings to your growth
Once we know your company a little, we start building the campaign. In that analysis we look for customer patterns, strengths, weaknesses and openings in the market. The Google Ads process then runs through three simple stages, over a week:
- Briefing meeting: in this first stage we analyse your company, because understanding where you stand in the market matters. What are your particular advantages, your weak points, your openings, your competition? Then we answer the questions: what is your goal, who is the audience, where should the campaign point, and how much are you investing?
- Keyword research: our Google specialist carries out keyword research. We work out which terms matter to your business, and how and when they show up in search engines. That also lets us project the cost per click and see which terms are searched for most and least.
- Campaign setup: once you approve the keyword research, we start configuring the campaign — putting into practice everything decided in the earlier stages.
Being straightforward has been our founding principle from day one. That is why we offer annual plans that fit your budget. And if the full plan is still more than you can take on, we also offer individual digital services on their own.
